It all started when we got married, we were gifted with a small yet beautiful Ooni pizza oven for our garden.
We started using pre-made dough cooking for our friends and family. That soon changed into an obsession of making our own dough, late nights and messy kitchens, and more and more pizza being consumed.
Hayley’s spontaneous attitude landed us with a beautiful vintage horse box that needed some tinkering to get pizza ready. Ryan even took a ‘how to tow’ driving course as he’s not the most talented driver in the world.
On a recent trip to Naples (now Ryan’s favourite place), tasting some of the best pizzas in the world, we were inspired to using only the best ingredients possible, and keeping it simple!
Our saying ‘Everyone loves pizza’ was created by Hayley’s 11 year old niece - and I don’t think she is wrong. It capsulated our fun and simple approach.
